How It Works

Tell us your goals
Fill out a short online form with the details of your event. If you don't know the specifics yet, it's no problem! Just be sure to discuss this with your host.

Meet with your host
We'll arrange a free video call with your personal event concierge, who will create a custom game for your team AND be there to moderate it for you on event day!

Enjoy!
You bring the guests, and your host will bring the fun! If your event is an online or hybrid format, we'll send you a meeting link at least 72 hours prior to the start.

Q: How long do games last?
A: We recommend allotting 2 hours, but games can be customized for any length.

Q: How much does a game cost?
A: Pricing varies by game, but most are $30/player with a minimum requirement of 8 players.

Q: When is payment due?
A: We require a $150 deposit to hold the host's schedule open for your event. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.

Q: What is your refund and cancellation policy?
A: We understand that things come up. You may reschedule for free up to 14 days prior to your event. If you need to reschedule or cancel within 14 days of your event, we still pay your host for their time and charge a $150 fee to cover this. Repayment of this fee will be due 14 days prior to the start of your rescheduled event.

Q: Do you offer bulk pricing?
A: Yes, reduced pricing is available for groups of 50 or more.

Q: Do you offer discounts of any kind?
A: Yes! Discounts are available when you book 3 or more events at the same time, even if you don't know the dates yet. We also offer discounts for referrals. After your referral books and pays for their first event, you will BOTH receive 10% off your next event with us.

Q: For in-person events, do you provide the venue or food and drinks?
A: We do not.

Q: How do you customize your games?
A: Our hosts are experts at listening to your event goals, helping you select the right game, and then creating a custom experience for you. We've hosted everything from Academy Awards shows and gay galas to themed birthday parties and holiday trivia. We especially love helping educators use games to creatively facilitate discussion around the material in their class curriculum.
